Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders placed before 11:59 PM CET are processed on the same business day (excluding weekends and public holidays), once your order confirmation email has been sent. You’ll receive a separate shipping notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Timelines
We aim to deliver your order to the shipping address provided within 7–10 business days.
If we anticipate a delay, we’ll notify you by email. However, as far as legally permitted, Tether & Threads is not liable for any losses, costs, or damages caused by delayed delivery.

Delivery Limitations
In rare cases, certain locations may be outside our delivery service area. If this happens, we’ll promptly notify you and either:

  • Cancel and refund your order, or

  • Arrange shipment to an alternative address confirmed by you.

Responsibility at Delivery
Once your order is delivered to the address you provided, the risk and responsibility for the product passes to you—unless a delay occurred due to a missed obligation on your end (e.g., unavailable to receive the package).

Missed Deliveries
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or collection.

Track Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

If it’s been more than 10 business days since your shipping confirmation and you haven’t received your package, email us at teatherandthread@gmail.com with your name and order number—we’ll look into it right away.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and meet our return policy guidelines. Once approved, you’ll receive a full refund.

Damaged Items?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away at teatherandthread@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it quickly and ensure a fair resolution.
